Mr. Kubat is licensed to practice law in both Washington and Oregon. In 1983, he graduated from the Willamette University Law School in Salem, Oregon. He went on to earn an advanced degree (L.L.M.) in maritime law from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana before starting his solo law practice in Seattle, Washington.
